HVAC Engineer

Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for a HVAC Engineer to join a leading FM provider. The contract you will be assigned to is a hospital in Surrey.

About the role of the HVAC Engineer:

• Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
• Troubleshoot and fault find equipment failures
• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric control systems used for building. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment

Experience need for the role of the HVAC Engineer:

• Ideally experiencing hospital maintenance
• Knowledge of boilers,HVAC,BMS,HTHW and pressure units
• C & G or NVQ in HVAC or equivalent
