Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to work for one of our leading clients in Birmingham. You will be working closely with a bunch of qualified HVAC / Air Conditioning engineers on projects around the Midlands but, this role may also require occasional travel across their other sites.�

You will work closely with their key clients and build long standing relationships but also work with a team of engineers and make sure the work is completed on time and budget.

As an experienced Project Manager you will have experience in:

- Managing projects within a similar space (Air Conditioning / Heating / Commercial)

- Knowledge of HVAC / Air Conditioning - Qualification would also be a bonus

- Experience working on projects between 500 / 1 Million

- Experience managing a team

- Experience reading drawings and using CAD
