Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the�UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.



Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a HVAC Supervisor�to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.



We are looking for a HVAC Supervisor�who wants to work in a diverse role�where no two days are the same.



As the�HVAC Supervisor,�you will�provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.



The�HVAC Supervisor,�will be responsible for:




  • Ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to

  • Assist the Operations Manager in ensuring that all Statutory and Legislative requirements are achieved/adhered to for the site

  • Ensure clients operational procedures are adhered to at all times

  • Obtain appropriate authorisation for access into restricted areas from the client's representative as and when required�

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance on engineering services as required�

  • Procure materials and equipment to carry out works�

  • To organise and supervise sub-contractor as and when required�

  • Ensure worksheets are completed for works undertaken and obtain authorisation from the Clients representative�

  • Advise Client of minor additional works, compile estimates and submit through Service Desk/ Operations Manager�

  • Be available to carry out necessary works outside normal hours with additional remuneration



To be successful for this HVAC Supervisor�role you must have:




  • Air Conditioning Qualification ideally Level 3 and Fgas (in date)

  • Ideally served a recognised trade training scheme

  • Ability to undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements as required within the scope of the contract

  • IOSH Managing safely (can be booked post employment)

  • Customer care/relationship building skills

  • Able to work as a member of a team

  • Able to work without direct supervision

  • Able to conduct surveys throughout client sites

  • Able to deal directly with customers in a professional manner and represent the company

  • Experience of leading an engineering team preferable

  • IT proficient in excel and ability to navigate CAFM systems
