The Role
We are looking to recruit a Hydraulic Model Fabrication Technician to join our skilled team. This hands-on role involves the construction and assembly of complex hydraulic models, which are used in engineering projects to simulate full scale applications.
No experience is required - full training provided! If you have a keen eye for detail, practical skills, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you. Note, the job ca be physically demanding.
Key Responsibilities
Fabrication and assembly of hydraulic models working mainly with plastics.
Working to strict deadlines, organisational skills essential.
Working closely with engineers to ensure model accuracy and quality.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings (training provided).
Working well within a small team.
What We're Looking For
Practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Plastic fabrication skills, plastic hot air welding skills are advantageous but not essential.
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
Potential to advance within the role is encouraged.

Competitive salary based on experience (circa. £23,000 to £30,000, depending on experience.
