Hydraulic Pipefitter

Mac Recruit Group are delighted to represent our client, a global provider of non-welded piping systems for industries with high demand on quality. Pipefitters are required to join the team at their Greenock site; this is on a full time and permanent basis.

Duties:

• Install hydraulic piping systems and connect them to equipment, machinery, and hydraulic units.


• Inspect hydraulic piping systems for leaks, blockages, and damage, performing routine maintenance and repairs as necessary.


• Replace defective parts such as hoses, valves, pumps, and filters.


• Test hydraulic systems to ensure proper functionality and detect any irregularities or potential failures.

Requirements:

• Trade papers - formal apprenticeship (ability to provide papers)


• At least 2-5 years of experience in hydraulic pipefitting, plumbing, or a related field.


• Knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and fluid dynamics.

Shifts:

• Monday – Friday


• Dayshift


• 37 hours per week

Salary & benefits:

• £18.55 ph hour 


• Overtime available - over 37 hours £25.97ph / Saturday £25.97ph / Sunday £33.39ph
