Hygiene Operative Nights - Cranswick CGK - HU7 Area

CRANSWICK GOURMET KITCHEN IN HULL IS LOOKING TO EXPAND ITS TEAM AND ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT FOR HYGIENE OPERATIVE POSITIONS FULL TIME MONDAY TO FRIDAY SHIFT.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client Cranswick Gourmet Kitchen. Our client is a fast-paced bacon facility located in Hull, that uses only the best cuts of British Pork, fresh herbs and spices, Cranswick are the UK's leading producer of gourmet sausages, supplying major retailers and food service outlets alike. They could not be prouder of Cranswick Gourmet Kitchen. state-of-the-art facility in Hull. Opened in 2021, the site has laid the blueprint for producing artisans food to scale. They are dedicated to innovation and have invested heavily in the site over the last five years, but they have never forgotten the roots of success. The size of the business enables them to support career development and progression, that will help our people fulfil their potential. With all that in mind our client is looking to expand the team and have numerous immediate opportunities for Night Hygiene for full time work Monday to Friday. Our Client is searching for successful candidates that are reliable, flexible, self-motivated and hardworking, to which could lead to a permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities include;

• Clean utensils and equipment
• Maintain cleaning supply stocks
• Ensure that all open product is removed from the immediate area or covered prior to the use of cleaning chemicals.
• Clean the equipment (ovens, lines, different meat machines)

• Following required work instructions and procedures.
• Conscientious, enthusiastic and willingness towards meeting deadlines
• Work on your own initiative and work well in a team
• Proactive with a desire and attitude to learn and develop
• An excellent attitude towards Health and Safety and will be expected to work at a high standard
• Experience with working in the industry is advantageous but not essential
• Complying with Food Safety and Quality procedures at all times

• Nights: £13.95 per hour
• Flexible shift patterns full time, part time, weekends and odd shifts
• Working Hours: 10PM - 6.30AM
• Immediate starts following completion of registration and induction
