You'll be leading a team of up to 10 Hygiene Operatives, making sure they're doing the job properly-not just going through the motions. You'll train them, manage their performance, and step in when things aren't up to scratch. There's paperwork too-cleaning schedules, job cards, audits. But the real work is making sure hygiene and GMP standards don't just meet expectations, they exceed them. You'll also be keeping an eye on water usage, swab results, and hygiene performance, working closely with Factory Management to drive improvements.
