A meat manufacturer in the Derbyshire area is looking for a Hygiene Team Leader to oversee the food safety and hygiene overnight from Monday to Friday.�
Responsibilities include:

• Managing a team of Hygiene Operatives


• Conducting investigations


• Staff development, training, probations and on-boarding


• Validating CIC's


• Assisting in the preparation for various types of audits

What you will need:

• At least Level 2 food hygiene qualification


• Previous experience supervising a Hygiene team


• Previously worked in the food industry


• COSHH experience�
