ICP Analysist

We are currently recruiting for ICP Analysist for our client in Aintree Area,

Previous experience with ICP is require, this is a chemicals manufacturer

\n

Duties will include but not limited to:

\n

\n
• Disposal of laboratory samples in line Health and Safety procedures
\n
• Chemical stock control and receiving of deliveries
\n
• Assisting Chemists and Laboratory Technicians
\n
• Maintain cleanliness of the working area
\n
• Preparation and weighing of samples of various commodities from the mining industry.
\n
• Routinely use standard laboratory equipment such as balances for sample weighing.
\n
• Perform basic instrument maintenance and operation.
\n
• Function as an integral part of the laboratory team.
\n
• Follow in house techniques as trained.
\n
• Maintain cleanliness of the working area
\n
• Use IT for the recording of data and sample tracking within the laboratory.
\n
• To store samples in accordance with the systems in place.
\n
• Undertake other responsibilities as required by senior chemists
\n
• Ensuring Health and safety procedures are met
\n

Working hours-

\n

8.30am-4.30pm

\n

This role is a temp to perm after 12 weeks there is a chance for it to be a permanent position for the right cadidate
