A successful firm of Chartered Financial Planners are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to work with our Paraplanners & Financial Planners. We’re based in Clifton, close to Whiteladies Road, in newly renovated offices offering a great open-plan team-working space, with facilities that include a fully equipped kitchen & a team break-out room, an outside area to enjoy when the sun shines and somewhere
to park a bike if you like to cycle to work. You’ll work with experienced Financial Planners who have built a long-standing, loyal client-base of mainly business-owners & entrepreneurs. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in and wants to make an impact within a small-medium sized business. You’ll be self-motivated, highly organised and process driven. A key part of your role will be to provide our clients with an exceptional level
of service, developing and maintaining client relationships, whilst continually seeking to improve the overall client experience. What will your day look like?
Working closely with our Paraplanners.Preparing applications forms and associated paperwork for the advice process.Onboarding new clients and processing new business.Liaising with product providers, DFMs and other associated third parties.Handling client enquiries, via phone/email etc.Processing LOAs and policy information gathering.Maintaining accurate client records.Processing clients’ requests for income, PCLS, Bed and ISAs, withdrawals, and portfolio switches.
We welcome applications from those who:
Have relevant administrative experience within an IFA firm, or a financial services provider/platform.Are competent in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and Industry Platforms such as Transact, Fusion etc.Are organised, pro-active and able to deliver to meet deadlines.Have a keen eye for detail together with a process driven approach.Confidently communicate, both in verbal and written form.Can work independently, yet also contribute well within a team.Have a minimum of 4 GCSEs Grade C or above, including Maths and English.Ideally have experience of using Enable back-office system/CRM - this would be advantageous, although not essential as full training will be provided.
Salary: £27,000.00-£34,000.00 per annum (dependent on experience) + annual bonus Hours: Full-time; Monday-Friday 9.00 am-5.30 pm or 8.30 am to 5.00 pm (1 hour lunch) What’s in it for you:
