This helps our clients feel empowered on their path to prosperity.We're looking for an experienced Client Administrator with proven IFA experience to join our supportive and dynamic team. You’ll work closely with the Administration Manager and a dedicated team to provide excellent client support and streamline administrative processes.Main duties:Client Administration Support and Servicing will include:Providing proactive and dedicated assistance to AdvisersManaging Adviser’s diaries and arranging client meetingsContacting clients by telephone / email / Portal to ensure that the processing of their advice is not held upLiaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as providers, to chase outstanding requirementsPreparing meeting packs and papers and ensuring they are ready for client appointmentsProcessing new business.Keying Illustrations, projections and Valuations.Raise invoices where required, and ensure all remuneration records are correct, actively chasing Providers and Clients where remuneration is outstanding.To comply at all times with the Compliance and Training and Competence Procedures of the Company.Action post in and out, sort, prioritise on receipt, scan and refer to appropriate adviser as and when applicable within acceptable time scales.Prioritise and action all activity entries allocated for your clients taking into consideration all the work being undertaken for the clients allocated to you.Requirements: Essential:Experience of dealing directly with customersBeing a first point of contact for the adviserManaging Adviser diaries/booking client meetingsMeet and greet clients / guests when visiting officesSupport team members, work as a one team mentalityAssist with client data entryPreparing meeting packs and papersContacting clients by telephone / email / Portal to chase outstanding requirementsDocumenting outputs of telephone calls from clients, Adviser, Solicitors, lenders, and business partners in the relevant system to provide an audit trailOpening, sorting and scanning of postCross team collaboration with linked business teams and functionsAble to manage multiple tasks and activitiesPreferred: • Knowledge of Curo and Dynamic Planner• Oversight and data quality monitoringWhat we can offer:An interesting role with strong potential for personal growth and development as the company continues to grow.An opportunity to work with collaborative colleagues in the Client Support and Service, Adviser and Paraplanning Teams who are committed to an excellent level of service delivery.Competitive remuneration - dependent on skills and experience.
