Implementation Lead BFB Labs provides state of the art digital therapeutics for better youth mental health and is creating a new way of building resilience in a whole generation. Our products fuse evidence-based therapeutic approaches with immersive and responsible gaming making them highly engaging, scientifically robust and cost-effective.The RoleWe’re looking for a highly driven individual who is passionate about increasing timely access to mental health support for young people, with excellent people skills to be able to act as a key point of contact for stakeholders using our products and sharing them with families. You are creative, resourceful and an excellent written and verbal communicator, with a can-do attitude.In our case, success is driven by nurturing good relationships and ensuring our mental health tech products reach their target audience. This is accomplished by embedding our offer into local education, health and mental health pathways, via targeted communications and resources.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild values-based relationships with key stakeholders across education, health and community settingsShare information about our products tailored for key audiences via written communications, digital and face to face presentations and workshopsBe an expert in our products, able to inspire families and professionals to utilise the service as well as understand how best to embed the offer into pathways Monitor and interpret available data to understand the impact of your work and inform future implementation strategiesIdentify and manage risks to implementation from a service and product perspective. Identify and address any roadblocks, identify root causes, define and activate solutions, and enlist cross-functional support to resolveIdentifying opportunities for improvement and inspiring colleagues to realise themMaintain accurate records including stakeholder details, meeting notes and tasksContribute to our overall customer retention strategy by ensuring successful implementation of the service offerIdentify and qualify opportunities to improve revenue, working in close collaboration with sales/business developmentThe Ideal CandidateExperience: 3+ years working within education, health or mental healthcare settingsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationshipsAbility to create and maintain long term relationships, through regular re-engagementStrong presentation skillsAbility to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneouslyGood attention to detail and organisational skillsExperience in collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales/Business Development, Product, Marketing, Service Delivery)Working knowledge of Google Suite applicationsStart up experience will be a bonus!DiversityAs a diverse team we are keen to receive applications from people of all backgrounds, ages, and types of formal or informal education.
