As a result, they're now looking to hire an Implementation Manager to lead a team and continue their success, securing the business of the largest fleet operators across the UK.Working directly with the senior leadership team, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and execute the revenue and associated targets for the business. Your leadership will be crucial in achieving their strategic goals and maintaining our commitment to high standards and customer satisfaction.A truly unique opportunity to work for a high growth business, who have a fantastic name and reputation, underpinned by best tech in the fleet market.‍The Role:This newly created role will be responsible for driving overall growth for our clients UK expansion.In this role, you will be instrumental in building on their existing foundations and growing a high-performing Implementation Team. You will be responsible for fostering a team capable of operating across the breadth of product lines. Additionally, you will facilitate the development of product and consulting skills across the team, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.In addition to the above, you will work closely with your customer base, build relationships with the team and train them to use the software efficiently.Analyse project profitability, revenue, bill rates, and utilisation.Understands revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-complete projections, making informed decisions accordingly.Accurately forecast revenue and utilisation for your projects.Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing.Supervise the day-to-day activities of your four direct reports to ensure the successful execution of project delivery services.Identify resource needs and assign individual responsibilities.Develop and implement project work plans, adapting them as necessary to address evolving needs and requirements.Oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to project scope and objectives.Apply methodology effectively, maintaining adherence to project standards throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct regular status meetings with direct reports to ensure alignment and progress tracking.Effectively communicate pertinent project information to superiors and other departments, including Development, Support, QA, and Sales.What you need to bring:The ideal candidate will be an experienced and motivational leader, capable of thriving in a high-intensity, high-demand environment while remaining focused on achieving agreed objectives and managing defined KPIs.You will need to have the ability to:Inspire, motivate and lead a team in a high-intensity environment.Proficient in evaluating and improving team performance, fostering a positive and productive team culture.Strong project planning, execution, and monitoring skills, including the ability to create and adapt project work plans.Resource allocation, budget management, and meeting project timelines and objectives.Understand financial models, P/L, revenue forecasting, and cost-to-complete projections.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and engaging presentations.Conduct regular status meetings and effectively communicate with superiors, team members, and other departments.These opportunities don't come around often and there will be huge interest, if you're interested then please apply directly to this advert.
