In House Construction Solicitor

OUR CLIENT A global engineering business THE ROLE We have a new opportunity for a Solicitor with a construction / engineering /commercial contracts background to join a well established in house legal team The work will include:- Advising on and reviewing consultancy and sub-consultancy agreements, warranties, joint venture agreements, and teaming agreements Developing, and implementing, systems and procedures to enhance efficiency of the Commercial and Legal Team and the company as a whole. THE CANDIDATE You will ideally have a background in construction/engineering, however candidates with a general commercial contracts background are welcome to apply You will be a Solicitor with 2 - 5 PQE, looking to make an in house career move to an exciting and fast growing global business The role offers flexible working arrangements with 1 day per week in the office Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
