In-House Corporate Counsel – Leading Investment Manager – LondonOur ClientWe are currently exclusively partnered with a leading, Global Investment Manager on an exciting hire into their Legal function, working closely with the GC on a broad range of transactional, corporate work. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Corporate M&A/Corporate Real Estate lawyer of circa 2-8 PQE to join a team that offers fantastic exposure and opportunity to learn and develop. Key ResponsibilitiesOffer sound and thorough legal advice to the broad IM business, with predominant focus across acquisitions and dispositions, financings and other Investment/Transactional matters. Become involved in the review and negotiation of contracts, agreements and other legal documentation required for investment activities that the IM become involved in. Work with external counsel on supporting the broader business. Experience RequirementsCirca 2-8 years PQE - English Qualified Corporate M&A/PE, Corporate Real Estate, Real Estate Funds from either a top tier private practice or investment manager.Strong exposure to M&A/Real Estate/Investment Management.Excellent academic record.Ambitious, motivated, ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.Due to the high volume of applications, if you haven’t heard back from the team on this role, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
