In-House Counsel – Contracts

A leading law firm in London is looking for a qualified Solicitor, 4PQE+, with commercial contracts experience. The focus of the role will be on contracts and some general risk and compliance work. Responsibilities: Advising on Clients own engagement terms, outside Counsel Guidelines, RFP s, Tenders, Client s supplier Due Diligence (DD) and similar documents. Managing the firm s own Engagement terms and dealing with client and internal queries Advising on Supplier terms Advising on data protection queries, under the guidance of the Legal Director and Privacy Officer Assisting in the development of the Firm s ESG Strategy Supervising the work of more junior members Dealing with ad hoc risk queries Experience: Qualified solicitor, 4PQE Some supervisory experience Commercial contracts experience Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
