In-House Counsel

An exciting new role has opened up for an In-House Counsel to join an established, mission-led Insurance Firm who are looking to grow their legal function.This role is tailor-made for a stellar Commercial Lawyer, with experience working in Insurance and/or Financial Services, to truly make their mark. You will be a Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with at least 4 years PQE.You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating key commercial agreements, including: Introducer, Distribution, Procurement, Outsourcing. You will also provide advice on key issues involving employment, dispute resolution and claims.Candidates with in-house experience within an Insurance/Financial Services organisation, as well as lawyers with commercial contracts experience in Private Practice will be considered.Very attractive salary and package on offer, including remote/hybrid working to suit.
