We have hybrid working in place, with 1-2 days per week, in our office in Canary Wharf.What exactly will you be doing?You’ll be supporting our organisation through a period of growth by developing and implementing successful attraction and selection plans for vacancies: filling vacancies with diverse, high calibre, motivated people in a timely fashion. Major objectives
Work closely with managers to develop effective recruitment campaigns and manage theseResearch avenues to source applicants for hard to fill roles, using data analysis where availableIdentify and utilise opportunities to increase diversityPromote opportunities to support internal promotionsWork in collaboration with the HR Systems, Reporting and Payroll Manager to manage the Applicant Tracking System and ensure it is utilised to its full capacityManage relationships with agencies and negotiate cost effective rates and termsWork with managers to design best practice and effective selection processesSupport managers with selection process, reviewing interview questions and developing selection methods as appropriate for the role and in line with our organisation's behavioursSupport managers with application sifting and sit on selection panels as requiredEnsure our employer brand remains positive and visibleSuggest process improvements to ensure these are efficient and effective What are we looking for?We are looking for someone with experience in recruitment, who is confident designing appropriate attraction and selection campaigns for roles. You will be passionate about diversity and inclusion and ensuring we fill our vacancies with the best people. Attention to detail and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders are essential skills.
