The role:



We are looking to hire an exceptional Inbound Customer Service Advisor.



We will provide you with outstanding training and support. The successful candidate will receive inbound enquiries from domestic and corporate customers.



Your role will be to ask engaging questions, fact find and understand client requirements. You will then advise clients on solutions our company can provide to assist them with their waste disposal needs. This role is critically important to the company as you will be the first point of contact with customers, and first impressions last!



A friendly, knowledgeable and confident communicator will help convert new inbound client enquiries into long term customers.



We provide in house training, industry and product knowledge and a thorough induction process. We are looking for a customer service champion!



You will be based in our Wingrave office, handling both telephone and email enquiries. All targets in the role are both realistic and achievable.



Skills and Experience



Previous customer service experience is essential




  • Fantastic verbal communication skills – listening, processing information, explaining is essential, as is a can-do attitude.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to write clear and accurate emails to clients is also essential.

  • You will bring energy, enthusiasm and great organisation to the role.



Remuneration & Benefits



£23,000 - £27,000 pa + bonus (Depending on skills and previous experience)
