Inbound Sales Advisor

We are seeking a motivated Inbound Sales Advisor to join our clients team on a temp-to-perm basis. The successful candidate will handle inbound calls from customers experiencing plumbing, electrical or gas emergencies, assisting them in connecting with the appropriate contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls from customers in need of emergency assistance.
\n
• Gather necessary details about the customer's emergency situation and arrange for a contractor to attend to the issue.
\n
• Process and handle customer payments efficiently and accurately.
\n
• Aim to achieve sales targets, with potential earnings increasing based on performance.
\n
• Ensure a positive customer experience by providing accurate information and timely connections to tradespeople.
\n

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
\n
• Ability to handle emergency situations with empathy and professionalism.
\n
• No outbound calling; all interactions will be with customers who initiate contact.
\n

Details:

\n
• 40 hours per week, including either a Saturday or Sunday.
\n
• Temporary to permanent contract.
\n
• Shifts will vary between 7 am and 9 pm.
\n
• £11.50 per hour plus £5 per sale (approximately 20 sales per day at peak).
\n
