Role: Inbound Telesales Executive

Location: Kirkby Lonsdale, Cumbria - Hybrid

Salary: up to �30,000 + uncapped commission + OTE �40,000

The Role:
You will be the first point of contact for all inbound inquiries. This role involves engaging with clients who have reached out to us via inbound calls to provide information and guide them in accessing the medical tests they need. You'll be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and professional experience for every client.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in telesales, with a strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in IT applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, internet navigation).
• A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to challenges.
