A specialist Fintech SME that provides advanced data to Capital Markets is in search of a Technical Support Engineer to join their order team.Role: Incident and Problem Analyst Salary: £60k DOE with shares, remote/flexible working, HealthcareIndustry: FintechWorking Pattern: Hybrid Remote (London)You’d be joining a small but efficient Op’s team to monitor these production applications and to make sure our daily batch jobs. You’ll use your knowledge of these data pipelines to troubleshoot potential production issues and escalate to relevant teams internally/externally.The company is a Market leader in Data Analytics, providing Financial services for the Capital Markets. They recently secured a seven-figure Series B investment, and have won awards for being Lead Data Provider.The role is hybrid remote, with 2 days per week in the London office.An ideal candidate will need to have experience in Python/Bash scripting, Linux, AWS, and SQL, with experience dealing with mission-critical tasks.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and make sure daily batch jobs are completed promptlyManage production incidents and escalate issues to the appropriate Dev teamsLead on customer issues including; diagnosing, troubleshooting, identifying solutions and resolutionsBuild reports and monitoring dashboardsProduce tech notes and articlesOccasional weekend work will be required with this roleWith recent success/investment, the company is scaling across multiple departments, and this is a great opportunity to join a respected Fintech as they enter the growth phase.
