Make a Difference: Support Students and Prevent Exclusions from School!
Do you have a passion for supporting young people and helping them reach their full potential? Are you ready to make a positive impact within a school environment?
We are looking for dedicated and caring Teaching Assistants/Key Workers to work proactively with mainstream schools and prevent exclusions.
Here's what you'll be doing:

• Be a Champion for Student Success: Work closely with schools to support students who are at risk of exclusion, helping them overcome challenges and make positive choices.
• Individualised Support: You'll work with a caseload of up to 10-12 students, providing one-on-one and small group support both in the classroom and within school settings.
• Build Positive Relationships: Connect with students on a personal level, building trust and encouraging their emotional growth.
• Promote a Positive Learning Environment: Help students to engage with their education, make good choices, and understand the importance of learning.

• Experience and Passion: You'll have a strong understanding of the needs of students with social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
• Proactive and Organised: You'll be able to manage your time effectively and work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You'll be able to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and other professionals.
• Commitment to Learning: You'll be eager to learn new skills and develop your knowledge to best support the students you work with.
• Essential Requirements:

* Minimum L2 (GCSE 4-9 or equivalent) qualification in Maths & English.
* Valid driving licence and own use of a vehicle.
