The Role of the Audit and Assurance Committee - Independent Member
The Audit and Assurance Committee (the Committee) independent role provides an independent view and opinion. The independent member doesnt sit on the parent Board of Golding Homes. All Committee members share the same status and have equal responsibility for ensuring that the Committee fulfils its collective role.
This is a key appointment youll bring extensive experience of corporate financial management, audit and corporate accounting alongside a knowledge and awareness of key priorities within the housing sector.
