The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in children's social care registered manager with Level 5 Diploma or an equivalent role eg social worker, HCMI, auditor, inspector, independent visitor etc.)
  • Deep understanding of Reg 44, quality standards, guidance and safeguarding principles and the Social Care Common Inspection Framework
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (children, young people, professionals).
  • A keen eye for identifying improvement and a expertise for clear communications, and actionable recommendations.
  • Have Horizon Values at the heart of everything you do.

A note about travel: A full driving license and access to your own vehicle is required. Travel will be national across all of our childrens homes across the country and occasional overnight stays. This role is Hybrid with some home working to write reports.
