Independent Nurse Prescriber

Independant Nurse Prescriber – Full time – London - £50,000 pa

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to be responsible for prescribing and administering intravenous medications, fluids, and nutrition to patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background with expertise in IV therapy, infusion techniques, and cannulation. Exceptional communication skills and a caring, empathetic approach are essential for delivering high-quality patient care.

You will be joining an experienced team at one of London’s leading private wellness clinics,  in the heart of Mayfair – innovating holistic concepts, state-of-the-art medicine, and high-tech diagnostics, supported by an excellent team of therapists, medics and trainers.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting nursing assessments

Providing support in MSK, General Practice, and Health and Lifestyle assessments

Collaborating closely with the Medical Director and management team

Offering clinical expertise and guidance within your area of specialism to clinic staff and healthcare assistants (HCAs)

Updating and maintaining patients' medical records

Ensuring that clinical environments are clean, safe, and compliant with Infection Control Policies and Procedures

Assisting with the sourcing and availability of resources for nursing, HCA, and medical procedures, including stock management

Preserving patient confidentiality, privacy, and dignity

Expanding your knowledge of clinic services to discuss and promote these with patients

Ensuring patients receive appropriate care and progress along their treatment pathway.
Essential Requirements:

Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin and a minimum of 2 years’ experience, including up-to-date qualifications and revalidation

Independent Nurse Prescriber qualification

Proven ability to take initiative and make independent clinical decisions

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Proficient in venepuncture and cannulation

Excellent team communication skills

Flexibility to meet service demands
