Position: Independent Social Worker (Form F Assessor)
Team: Kinship & Permanence

Assessment Rate: £2250 per assessment
Payment structure: Half paid midway, remaining after assessment completion.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience working with children
• Previous fostering experience, including completion of Form F assessments
• Registered with Social Care Wales

Job Description: Foster Wales Cardiff is seeking a pool of independent assessors. We will contact agencies as required to carry out face-to-face visits and complete Coram Baaf Form F assessments. We are looking for skilled and experienced qualified social workers to assess and prepare prospective foster carers for panel presentations and their fostering journey.
