JOB TITLE - Indirect Buyer

Job Summary:

We are currently representing a role on behalf of our client based in the East Yorkshire region.

Main Duties:

• Issuing and managing tenders and RFQ’s,


• Reviewing supplier capability,


• Responsible for the renewal, development and implementation of new contracts,


• Agreeing and finalising terms and conditions of supply.


• Support indirect sourcing activities,


• Project management.

Person Specification:

• Ideally CIPS qualified or working towards.


• Proven procurement experience and basic understanding of contract law.


• Strong analytical skills.


• Ideally experience managing projects and knowledge of the tender process.


• Confident negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with external agents.
