Job Description
Percival are excited to be working with Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospitals charity to help them recruit for a newly created Individual Giving Programme Lead to join their dedicated and enthusiastic Marketing and Communications team.
Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospitals Charity exists to create new possibilities for people with heart and lung diseases. They help to fund life-changing projects to expand medical understanding and find innovative treatment options to renew and upgrade equipment and improve the everyday experience of patients and staff alike. This role will play a key part in developing and delivering the Individual Giving Programme to drive income growth, engage new audiences and retain existing supporters.

This is a great opportunity for someone at officer or senior officer level to lead on an Individual Giving fundraising calendar. You will be responsible for creating and implementing the Individual Giving Programme to drive income growth, building out two new appeals for 2025 to compliment their existing Christmas campaign. You will be using insight-led targeting to support acquisitions, retentions and enhance the supporter journey, and using data insights to report on post-campaign data analysis. This will play an integral part of the charities’ new three year strategy.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have a proven track record of rolling out and managing direct marketing campaigns
Have experience hitting and exceeding a range of financial and non financial KPIs
Be confident in making an ask face-to-face
Have previously designed and delivered supporter journeys for a variety of audiences
Have used data insights to report on post-campaign data analysis.
