A vibrant, welcoming specialist school is seeking an experienced Individual Needs Assistant to work one-on-one with secondary school aged learners with special educational needs (SEN). In this full-time role, you'll support learners both in their classrooms and through individualised sessions on subjects, topics, and specific therapies outside the classroom. The students at this school have SEN and complex needs, with some transitioning through managed moves. Prior experience with SEN or challenging learners is ideal, though a willingness to learn is also valued.

This role is needed Monday-Friday 08:15-4:30pm. This is a term time only role.
