This is an exciting opportunity for an established Influencer Marketing Manager to join a hugely successful beauty brand. Your role will be crucial in growing awareness for the brand and building relationships with their influencer and content creator network.Responsibilities:Paid Influencer and Content Creator Campaigns:Develop innovative influencer strategies to build awarenessResponsible for the management and execution of the UK influencer and creator campaignsGrow their network of influencersAnalyse and measure influencer marketing effectivenessDevelop influencer selections and present for approvalWrite briefs for campaigns alongside creative and ecommerce teamsManage the influencer budgetInfluencer Affiliates:Grow the affiliate influencer programOwn the affiliate influencer marketing strategyHelp identify appropriate talentsIdentify and capitalise on growth opportunitiesDevelop strong relationships with influencer affiliatesWrite creative briefs and manage the processManage program budgets and forecastsRequirements:2 years+ in an influencer marketing management roleProven ability to build, execute and scale influencer campaignsExpert in written and visual content with excellent proof-reading skillsPassion for data and measurement, able to report and analysePassionate about the beauty industry and diversityBlack book of creators, influencers and agents is a bonusHybrid / remote set up (one day a week in the office)Hi I'm Rosy Hastrop, I manage this roleRecruitment Consultant - Design & Creative Get your 10 step guide to writing a great covering letter...
