You will collaborate with clients and colleagues to advance our BIM/IM Consultancy services, diversify Buro Happold’s service offerings, and increase our global market share in BIM/IM Consulting.In partnership with UK Discipline Leads, you will also serve as a Job Leader or Client Representative on relevant projects, advising clients to achieve better outcomes at portfolio, programme, project, and organisational levels.Key Duties:Leadership and Team Management:Guide, mentor, and oversee a team of information management professionals.Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance team culture.Strategy:Contribute to the development of a business plan to advance the Buro Happold BIM/IM Consultancy services over the next five years, including marketing, service diversification, and recruitment/skills development.Drive the growth and innovation of IM/BIM-related services, focusing on DFMA, Industrialised Construction, and MMC, leveraging Buro Happold’s Computational Engineering strengths.Leading the service to stay ahead of market competition by incorporating cutting-edge technologies and approaches.ConsultancyEngage with clients at an executive level to form strategic partnerships and promote IM/BIM Consultancy services.Provide comprehensive technical advice to clients, owners, architects, and user groups regarding BIM/IM Consultancy.Offer strategic guidance to clients to enhance design and operational outcomes for their assets at portfolio, project, or organizational levels.Advocate for Buro Happold’s integrated multidisciplinary services and identify opportunities to cross-sell related services (e.g., Asset/FM consultancy, Industrialised Construction, Digital Consulting, Analytics, Sustainability Consultancy).  Business developmentActively identify and convert leads into projects in line with the digital consulting go-to-market strategy.Continuously develop the BIM/IM consultancy service offering, expanding the reach to high-quality clients and projects.Manage and develop key client accounts related to BIM/IM Consultancy. Lead the development of proposals and technical submissions for BIM/IM consultancy, and participate in interviews. Seek opportunities to cross-sell Buro Happold's integrated expertise and related services - e.g., Asset/FM consultancy, Industrialised Construction, Digital Consulting, Analytics, Sustainability Consultancy.ProjectsServe as Project Director and/or consulting lead for relevant commissions.Ensure the financial success of projects.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance information management capabilities, processes and best practices. Your skills & experience:An established BIM practitioner with extensive experience in either multi-disciplinary or single-disciplinary businesses, ideally within a global context.Experienced in developing service offerings related to BIM, DFMA, and Digital Construction services.Possesses a network of clients and collaborators, with demonstrated success in business development and work-winning.Experienced in working with end-user clients at a strategic level.Passionate about creating better built environments and organisations.Maintains a strong presence within relevant industry groups and has a demonstrable profile of thought leadership.Relevant industry qualifications and memberships.Capable of line managing, nurturing, and developing a high-performing team.At Buro Happold, everyone else’s extraordinary is just our everyday.  Apply today and be a part of our legacy.  #LI-DNI
