Information Security Manager

Job DescriptionWe are recruiting for an Information Security Manager to join a Top 100 UK Law Firm in Leeds.Within this role, you will manage compliance and risk assessment programs, draft security policies and work alongside the wider firm to maintain the integrity/security of client, employee, and corporate information.The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role within a law firm. Individuals with expertise in information and cyber security, knowledge of data protection legislation and industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM are highly desirable.Some responsibilities:Work collaboratively to ensure regulatory obligations and information security risks are managed effectivelyFacilitate ongoing compliance with data protection legislation and applicable legal/regulatory requirementsProvide guidance and training to enhance information security awareness across the firmConduct risk assessments related to information security and data protectionProvide an information security perspective regarding the development of new and existing processesMonitor emerging security threats and legislative changesLead incident and breach management regarding information securityIf you are someone adept at building interpersonal relationships, solving problems and working collaboratively, we’d love to hear from you.To be considered for this opportunity, please submit your CV.
