Your analytical prowess and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in managing the lifecycle of business applications, from configuration and development to maintenance, to bolster business operations.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Your duties as the IT Application Specialist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows: 1. Collaborate on the timely and budget-conscious rollout of IT projects, ensuring they meet business needs and adhere to company standards. 2. Manage the lifecycle of business applications, enhancing support to business operations and ensuring continuous improvement. 3. Engage in the collection and documentation of business requirements to evaluate enhancements and new implementations. 4. Contribute to process documentation and application testing, upholding best practices and standards.ROLE REQUIREMENTS: To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Information Technology Application Specialist, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history: 1. A relevant degree in Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience.) 2. Proven experience in using relational databases, with a focus on Microsoft SQL and complex SQL queries. 3. A working knowledge and practical experience with IT project management and software implementation (ideally within a GxP environment.)
