Vibe Recruit's client is looking for an experienced Tier 3 IT Engineer who enjoys complex troubleshooting.
Hybrid/flexible workingUp to £43,000 depending on experience 37.5 hours a week Monday-Friday Fully funded training planPrivate medical health cover
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES OF AN IT ENGINEER Provide 3rd Tier technical support, answering inbound support queries and receiving escalation from 2nd Tier ServicePerform efficient diagnosis and resolve as the final stage of Service escalation Maintain an impeccable level of customer service and interacton for all support queriesAdhere to all service management, security and quality management principlesUpdate support queries with comprehensive notes Update/manage customer documentation SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 5 years experience working at 3rd Tier levelRecent experience within a Managed Service providerExtensive experience with Windows-based desktop and server operating systemsExtensive experience with the Office 365 suiteDemonstrable networking experience including VLANs and routingHave exceptional communication skills both verbal and writtenHave an assertive and driven personalityHave an ability to work on your ownFull and valid UK driving license If you have the relevant experience of a 3rd Tier IT Engineer and would like more information, please contact Naomi on 07506 949615.
