EUC EngineerLondon£28,000 + Full Benefits + TrainingThis is a fantastic opportunity for you, a skilled EUC Engineer – IT Support Technician, with an aptitude for problem solving IT issues and excellent customer support skills. You will be part of a site-based team supporting a prestigious Central Government contract, ensuring services are delivered to the customer within the stated SLAs.Via a rotating shift pattern, the team will provide 5 days per week cover on site, as follows,7am to 3.30pm9am to 5pm12 to 7pm You will require SC Clearance. Ideally, you’ll already have this or able to obtain.As the EUC Engineer, you will work as part of a team and be responsible for:Delivering outstanding 2nd Line EUC Technical support across internal IT, shared infrastructure and customer solutions, whilst working to high standards in the ITIL areas of Incident, Problem and Change,Forming part of the support delivery team, reacting to customer requirements for implementation or changes,Taking ownership of service-impacting issues for a customer’s estate, and resolving the issue effectively whilst keeping the customer updated,Supporting the Service Desk and colleagues to develop, implement and improve technical support tools, work instructions and processes,Laptop & Mobile phone Builds / Support,Software Installations, Ticket Queue Management,Manning of the Drop-In Tech surgery,Remote Site visits as and when requiredIn order to be successful in your application for the EUC Engineer position, you should have:End User Device/OS Systems Management, OS Deployment and Enterprise MDMActive Directory and Domain MgmtM365 SupportDeliver excellent customer satisfactionExperience working with an ITSMA proactive can-do attitudeIf you are an EUC Engineer or an IT Support Engineer, 2nd Line Support, IT Support Technician or similar, please send your CV to me today as this will go quickly.
