We on the hunt for a seasoned support engineer who is used to a very busy service desk.
Some of the current team is being moved to a different department to work on another project. Therefore, we need some support in keeping the current service desk up & running.
The Role:
Handling support tickets, resolving user issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of computer systems, software, and hardware.
Serve as the first point of contact for remote technical issues.
Provide quick and effective technical support to minimise user disruptions.
You:
Proactive and capable of working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment while maintaining professionalism.
Knowledge of MS Client operating systems
MS Office 365, Office 2016, Office 2010, SharePoint
£200 a day, inside IR35
