Role Summary: They are looking for a Systems Analyst Lead to oversee the sourcing, planning, design, and implementation of new business processes and systems. This role involves close collaboration with Business Solutions to analyse processes and manage development based on specific requirements. The successful candidate will lead the Business Process Development team, focusing on low-code systems, work allocation, and capacity management. Key Responsibilities: Developer Lead:Revamp development practices to align with Best Practice DevOps models
Business Analysis:Evaluate existing IT systemPlan and implement new IT systemsAct as a liaison between business and technical teams to facilitate technical projectsReport on the progress of technology projects. Low-Code Systems Management: Oversee the development of Applications and processes using low-code systems (e.g., K2, SharePoint)Ensure systems are Well-maintained with appropriate controls.Produce work for the Business Process Development team.Manage the Business Process Development team Other Development: Conduct additional web development to meet business process application requirements.Work on initiatives to advance technology within the firm. Key Requirements:Expertise in business and systems analysis.Proficiency in system design and development.Strong understanding of business processes.Knowledge of the financial services industry.Broad awareness of the technology marketplace.
