�35k - �38k based on experience

A unique opportunity has arisen to join a FTSE company who are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst where you will be responsible for supporting a global estate monitoring a medium to large scale infrastructure environment.

As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Analysing, investigating, and resolving global infrastructure incidents and problems.
• Team coordinating complex technical issues, triaging escalations to the manager, and ensuring these changes and processes are communicated with the team to effect change.
• Provide an escalation point for Global support teams and operational issues.
• Incident management using ITSM Framework and platform (ServiceNow)
• Configure, deploy, and support VMWare, Microsoft, Redhat, Cisco, and Aerohive.
• Install, configure, and maintain infrastructure systems and solutions.

Technical Requirements:

• Previous experience monitoring a large-scale infrastructure environment.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be an excellent team player.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of two or more of the following products: VMWare/vSphere, Nutanix/vSAN, Windows Server or Linux Red Hat, Citrix XenApp, Cisco/Aruba.
