The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure necessary to support our operations. This includes ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our systems and networks.Key Responsibilities:Design and Implementation:Develop and implement infrastructure solutions to support business needs.Design scalable and secure network architectures.Manage and configure cloud-based and on-premises environments.Maintenance and Support:Monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure.Ensure high availability and performance of all critical infrastructure.Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues promptly.Perform regular system updates and patches.Security and Compliance:Implement and maintain security measures to protect company data and infrastructure.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Conduct regular security assessments and audits.Automation and Optimization:Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency.Optimize existing infrastructure for performance and cost-effectiveness.Collaboration and Documentation:Collaborate with other IT and development teams to align infrastructure with application needs.Document infrastructure configurations, procedures, and policies.Provide technical guidance and training to team members.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:3+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or a related role.Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.Skills:Strong understanding of network architecture and protocols.Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Ansible).Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and documentation abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar.Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
