An MSP that is going through substantial growth is looking to grow their engineering team. This is a great opportunity for an IT Engineer with a strong background in 2nd / 3rd Line fixes to move into a project focused role.They are looking for engineers who are inquisitive in their approach to finding solutions witha desire to upskill. As they are in the early stages of growth their is substantial opportunities to grow within the business and move into senior positions quickly. What will you be doing as a Infrastructue Engineer? Configuring and troubleshooting next-generation firewalls, EDR, and MDRManaging web filtering & safeguarding solutionsHandling wired and wireless networksImplementing server and storage technologiesUtilizing backup technologies effectivelyManaging Cloud IaaS solutionsDemonstrate expertise in 2nd/3rd line network configuration and troubleshootingExcel in 2nd/3rd line Windows Server configuration and troubleshootingHave a strong grasp of 2nd/3rd line firewall configuration and troubleshootingWork within the ITIL framework on a varied ServiceDeskDesign solutions for clients and deliver on-site and remote projects effectivelyWhat experience do you need?In-depth understanding of Networking Principles such as DNS, DHCP, IP Subnetting, and RoutingFamiliarity with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Prev.
