We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure Security Specialist to join our Security Operations team.  You will be responsible for implementing an infrastructure security strategy within the boundaries of our existing BPT strategy and for operating and/or maintaining the tools and processes in this area. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of infrastructure security principles and practices, as well as hands-on experience in conducting vulnerability assessments to enhance our organization's overall security posture. This role requires a proactive and creative approach to simulating real-world attack scenarios to evaluate and improve our overall security compliance. You will need to collaborate internally with all the relevant infrastructure and security teams and externally with our support partners to be successful in this role.

    Responsible for stable, efficient and effective service delivery operations for IT Infrastructure Security
    Comprehensive infrastructure and network security operations support functions to maintain, administer and enhance infrastructure and network Security solutions.
    Responsible for overseeing and mitigating potential disruptions to IT Infrastructure Security Operations.
    Collaborate with the Security Operations team to develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure security strategy aimed at identifying vulnerabilities and weaknesses in our
infrastructure, systems, and applications.
    Collaborate with network and systems administrators to assist in implementing effective security controls and countermeasures based on security assessment results
    Implement the BPT strategy within IT Infrastructure Security
    Conduct simulated attacks, penetration and ddos testing to assess the organization's resilience against cyber threats, following established methodologies and best practices.
    Identify security gaps and potential risks by conducting thorough security assessments and analysis of systems, networks, and applications.
    Stay up-to-date with the latest attack techniques, threat vectors, and security technologies to continuously refine the infrastructure security program.
    Provide expert guidance and technical support to enhance infrastructure security, including recommending and implementing proactive measures to prevent security breaches.
    Assist in incident response and post-incident analysis by providing insights into attack methodologies and potential impact.
    Accountable for overall Vulnerability Management related to CCEP infrastructure and applications
    Be the backup for the SOC Lead

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or equivalent are a strong plus.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Security in a related and comparable positions
Fluent in English (Spanish, French would be advantageous)
Strong experience in IT service operations, specialized on IT infrastructure Security Service processes and technologies
Prior experience in incident response and handling security incidents is a plus.
IT Service Management / ITIL processes, esp. Incident, change and configuration management processes
Infrastructure Services
Strong communication skills (written and oral) of all management levels
Proven experience in network security, including configuring firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and network segmentation.
Extensive hands-on experience in conducting security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning in complex environments
Experience in cloud platforms (MS Azure) is a must
