Job Title: Infrastructure Test Manager / Test Lead

Location: London (with occasional travel to Southampton)
Commute: Hybrid 3 days in Office
Contract: 6 Months (Inside IR35)
Clearance Required: Must hold or be eligible for SC/NPPV clearance with Met. extension

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Test Manager/Test Lead to join a major testing and engineering program within a leading telecoms organisation. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering end-to-end system and integration testing across complex platform deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate a diverse testing team to deliver test activities on time and within scope.
  
• Own the test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting across the full testing lifecycle.
  
• Define scope for System and UAT testing and manage defect resolution.
  
• Engage with stakeholders, project managers, and engineering teams to refine test needs.
  
• Provide hands-on expertise in testing contact centre platforms, telephony systems, and unified communications.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience leading System and UAT test cycles across infrastructure and telecom environments.
  
• Strong background in functional and non-functional testing, defect management, and progress reporting.
  
• Hands-on experience with contact centre systems, call routing, telephony, WFM, voice recording, and Unified Communications.
  
• Understanding of LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, and security principles.
  
• Familiarity with platforms like Cisco Webex, Mitel, or Genesys.
  
• ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification is required.
