IN SHORT:
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our expanding in-house legal team in Manchester.
In this role you will work closely with the business and provide legal support to both the legal and credit control team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Assist the credit control team with breach of contract debt claims as well as work with the legal team on non-debt related litigation
Issue claims, deal with defences and any resulting litigation and enforcement
Handle insolvency proceedings, creditor services and other related insolvency matters
Manage communications between external lawyers and the business as well as correspondence between the business and third parties
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
A qualified solicitor with experience in commercial litigation, you will be confident to manage debt recovery cases and have a strong understanding of legal procedures related to debt recovery. Youll be confident drafting legal ...
