Our client is a major player in their specialist industry sector and supply their products globally. The Job Youll Do;
Undertake handover with technicians from the previous shift.
Identify what product is due off.
Perform regular quality checks.
Prepare tools for jobs required.
Prepare production packs.
Optimization of machines and equipment to achieve continuous production.
Support production to achieve 5 key data element targets.
Inform material handler of jobs due off and next planned.
Undertake tool changes as required.
General housekeeping.
Pack boxes with finished products.
Perform safety checks on machines, once per week.
Maintenance of machines.
About You;
Ideally possessing basic electrical and hydraulic skills.
Polymer Training Association Level 2 and 3 Setting (desirable).
Formal training in Engel and Arburg Moulding machines up to 100T would be an advantage.
Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment in a similar role.
Attention to detail.
Problem solving.
Technical fault-finding skills.
