The Inside Sales Coordinator is based in the Milton Keynes Office. The Inside Sales Team’s role is to serve the external sales team and support the overall sales effort. As the link between the sales team and all suppliers, the Inside Sales Coordinator coordinates all equipment from point of order through to delivery, owning the process and any obstacles through to resolution.

In this role you will be the conduit between the Sales Managers, customer and Workshop engineers.

The main responsibilities of the Inside Sales Coordinator are set out below.

* Be the link between inside sales and all suppliers to co-ordinate all equipment from point of order through to delivery.

* Work together with the inside sales team to handle all standard quotations for the external sales team and customers.

* Handling requests for quotations including working with price books with responsibility for generating quotes and orders and ensuring all parties are kept up to date with progress throughout

* Provide day to day support to inside sales manager

* Liaise with suppliers, service team, workshop and customer centre teams ensuring that machines have the correct specification when ordered and are allocated, tracked, and planned in line with customer expectations

* Allocation of the appropriate machines for customer centre trials

* Allocation and coordination of machines for trade shows

* Managing external sales team expectations and ensuring consistent information sharing

* Weekly reporting of machines and related equipment on order from each supplier and progress through to delivery

* Assist with paperwork and communications regarding transportation and border controls

* Develop a relationship and rapport with the equipment suppliers and escalate machinery queries with them as appropriate

* Support the inside sales manager with details and information to support the machine ordering process, including general machine records database, paper and electronic

* Liaising with suppliers, experts and other teams with technical elements of quotes and orders to ensure customer expectations regarding equipment are being met and exceeded

* Directing queries to appropriate teams to best service the customers’ requirements if required (service, spares etc)

Skills & Experience

Necessary qualifications, skills or attributes

* Experience in an Internal Sales Role

* Experience in sales or working with sales people / teams.

* Highly organised and structured

* Ability to work within challenging and fast paced teams; ability to help build solutions and order when sometimes lacking all required information.

* Ability to develop and execute plans.

* Patient yet persistent; owns a problem and sees it through to the end and resolution.

* Creative and energised by finding and solving problems.

* Great customer service and experience is your priority

* Commercial aptitude; adaptable attitude and approach, understands that there may be multiple solutions to the same problem.

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Building engagement with senior stakeholders, explaining technical issues/applications and working to resolution
