Inside Sales Engineer



As a vital team member reporting to the Sales and Service Manager, you play a crucial role in assisting the global sales team by offering valuable support to customers at every stage of the sales process.



Your main goal is to ensure the smooth implementation of�software solutions, enhancing the safety and operational efficiency of clients' production facilities.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Support global sales initiatives, contributing to the identification and closure of opportunities with international customers.

  • Provide comprehensive product information in response to customer inquiries, ensuring proposed solutions align with their requirements.

  • �Present and demonstrate solutions effectively during sales discussions or to support marketing efforts.

  • Prepare proposals for the development and implementation of tailored software solutions.

  • �Collaborate with the Software Development team to communicate customer needs.



Key Requirements:




  • �A degree in engineering or a related software field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in selling process automation or software solutions.

  • �A solid technical understanding of process industries or software technologies.

  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across all levels of sales channels and customer organisations.



Preferred (but not essential):




  • �Experience in selling complex software solutions.

  • �A proven track record in selling Plant Information Management Solutions.

  • �A technical background with an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and process industry technologies.
