Job DescriptionInsights and Analytics Lead London - Hybrid6 Months Day Rate up to £250/dayInside IR35Key Skills: Insights, Analytics and pharmaceutical experience Summary:This is a role for an Insights and Analytics Lead who will develop & implement marketing research and analytics programs providing strategic insights which support long term business goals with significant potential to impact company earnings.Responsibilities include gathering market and patient insights using both primary and secondary information, benchmarking, & opportunity evaluation. Responsible for marketing research and business analytics supporting a major brand or group of brands, as well as HOC research as needed. Identify issues and opportunities, define and prioritise information needs, creatively apply market research techniques to drive strategic thought & effective decision-making.Major accountabilities:Co-contributes to shaping and implementing the integrated insights and Analytics plan for a business.Supports in defining a (customer centric) vision and priorities for the insights and analytics team based on needs of the business, insights and Analytics vision, input from team and stakeholders. Proactively proposes analytical solution to business questions and problems and provide key stakeholders (E>G TA teams) with new data driven ideas and actionable recommendations that enables better decision-making and enhance the business.Requirements: Proven understanding of/experience in brand sales and marketing and demonstrating commercial and customer focus.Proven ability to build trust based relationships allowing for strong levels of challenge with key stakeholders.Excellent analytical skills and understanding of analytical models and systems.Strong project management skills.Proven ability to identify insights and business opportunities to improve business performance and verbalise that to key stakeholder.Demonstrated leadership skill both vertically and horizontally across the organisation bachelors' or masters' degree or equivalent desirableIf you are interested please apply or send your CV to #####
