Insolvency Litigation Associate

OUR CLIENT A Leading Northern Home Counties law firm THE ROLE We have a vacancy for an Insolvency Associate c 2 + PQE to join a well established Dispute Resolution team This is a role for a dynamic lawyer with solid insolvency experience to help grow the team as it moves forward to the next level. The post-holder will be expected to handle a corporate insolvency worklad including; administration appointments, court applications under insolvency legislation, providing advice to IPs, secured lenders and directors.There will also be an opportunity to mentor junior members of the team and play a significant role in team networking and marketing activities THE CANDIDATE You will have a minimum of 2 PQE handling insolvency litigation workYou will be ready to make a career move to a new role offering a high quality and varied workload, with an opportunity to develop a long-term career as a member of this well regarded and collegiate law firm The firm is based within easy reach of London and offers hybrid working arrangements Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
