Customer Care Manager - Permanent - Warrington - �45,000
Introduction & Role
We are currently representing a House Builder in the�North West of England, who are seeking a Customer Care Inspections Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.�
The role entails meeting customers post occupation and�determining defects and issues that have arisen providing excellent technical knowledge and support in order to rectify issues.
Day to day
- Travelling across the North West patch including Liverpool to Manchester and the surrounding areas meeting customers in their properties.
- Writing reports from Inspections to discuss with the Customer Care department and relevant stakeholders.
- Managing the Customer Care Operatives on a day to day basis to ensure quality works are carried out and to timescales.
- Liaise with the NHBC regarding technical defects�and attend resolutions and insurance claims.
- Ensure any works to be carried out by contractors or in house Maintenance Operatives are completed to the best quality and to the customers' expectations.
Key Skills required
- Previous experience within a Technical Customer Care Management role or similar in the House Building�/ New Homes�industry..
- In-depth NHBC knowledge.
- Excellent communication and customer facing skills
- Excellent report and email writing skills and proficient with IT.
